How do I order custom labels or tags with my logo?
Ordering is simple! Choose your product, select your desired material and size options, then click the CUSTOMIZE button on the product page. This launches our online Designer Tool where you can upload your artwork, add custom text, choose fonts, and preview your layout live before placing your order.
Can I request a custom size, shape, or unique hole layout?
Yes! If you need specific dimensions, unique cutout shapes, or custom hole placements that aren't listed on our standard product pages, please contact us with your project details and specifications. We are happy to create custom orders to fit your exact requirements.
Do you offer bulk pricing or wholesale discounts?
Yes, we offer tiered bulk discounts on larger quantities. Tiered savings are automatically calculated and displayed right on each product page when purchasing multiple sets or higher unit counts.
Artwork & File Requirements
What image file formats work best for laser engraving?
Vector file formats produce the cleanest, sharpest laser engraving results. We recommend uploading:
- Vector Formats (Preferred): SVG, AI, EPS, or vector PDF
- Raster Formats: High-resolution PNG or JPG (300 DPI or higher) with high contrast
Are black and white graphics required?
Yes, solid black-and-white vector or line art works best. Lasers translate solid black areas into engraving depth, so avoiding gradients, drop shadows, and soft color transitions ensures your logo engraves clearly without blurring.
Production & Shipping
How long does production take?
Most custom orders are crafted and produced within 3 to 5 business days before shipment. Larger custom orders or specialized volume requests may require additional processing time.
