SHIPPING

All our custom orders are ready for shipping within 2-3 business days, unless stated differently in our listing.

In case that we need more time to complete accustom order, turnaround time will be discussed and confirmed with customer.

Within the USA , we ship either with USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Both services include tracking numbers. The shipment is easy to track and follow directly on USPS web site.

We advise that you follow up on the status of your package frequently so that you know when to expect delivery.

We also ship internationally to select countries , via USPS First Class International Mail with tracking number.

Please note that we can not be responsible for any taxes or custom's clearance fees that you might have to pay in your country.

RETURNS

Please understand that all our orders are custom made, and pieces are cut and engraved after you place your order.

We work with each customer and make sure to discuss all details and agree on all aspects of design before we proceed and therefor we can not accept returns for any personalized , customized, and/or engraved items.

For all our orders of blank cut-out shapes, such as hearts, flowers, feathers, apples etc. etc. we do not accept returns.

We will gladly make exceptions and accept returns and exchanges, issue partial or full refunds in following cases:

- if there has been misspelling on engraved items
- if we shipped an item of wrong size , less quantity than ordered or wrong wood type than originally ordered by customer.

ALL CLAIMS MUST BE FILED WITHIN 7 DAYS FROM THE DATE YOU RECEIVED YOUR ORDER.
